Privacy policy

At Long Digital, your privacy and the privacy of your company's data are a priority. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Data we collect

  • Account data: your name, mobile number (verified with a WhatsApp code), email address and city.
  • Subscription and billing data: the companies you order, their plans, invoices and payment notices.
  • Your company's data inside the system: it belongs to your company, is stored in a separate, isolated database for each company, and we do not use it for anything other than running the service and providing technical support at your request.
  • Contact and support messages: what you send us through forms or WhatsApp.

How we use it

To run the service and set up your company, verify your number and protect your account, bill you, respond to your requests, and improve the website and the service.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We only use providers that are necessary to operate the service (such as sending WhatsApp messages and email, and payment methods), and only to the extent the service requires.

Analytics and advertising measurement

We use our own analytics tool running on our servers — not a third-party tool — to understand how the website is used and to improve it.

  • Anonymous visitor ID: we place a first-party cookie called lt_vid in your browser (valid for one year) and a session ID lt_sid (expires after 30 minutes of inactivity). These are random numbers that do not identify you personally.
  • What we record: the pages you opened, how long you engaged with them and how far you scrolled, clicks on key buttons, the source of your visit (a campaign link or the site you came from), your device type, browser, screen size and language, and your approximate country from your internet address.
  • What we do not record: your full internet address (we keep only its first 3 parts), or anything you type into forms as part of analytics data.
  • Linking to your account: when you create an account or sign in, we link your visits from the same browser to your account so we know how you found us and can improve our service to you.
  • Advertising measurement: we may advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To measure the results of our ads, we may share with Meta events such as creating an account, ordering a subscription or paying an invoice, together with your contact details (email and mobile number) protected by one-way hashing that cannot be reversed, and advertising identifiers (_fbc and _fbp). We do not sell your data to anyone.
  • Custom audiences: we may upload our customers' contact details (email and mobile number) to Meta protected by one-way hashing so that we can show relevant ads to our existing customers or exclude them, or find similar businesses. Meta uses this data only for matching and deletes it afterwards, and you can ask to be excluded through our contact page.
  • Retention: visit data is deleted automatically after 13 months.
  • Your rights: you can clear cookies from your browser at any time, or ask us to delete the visit data linked to your account through our contact page.

Protection

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, each company's data is isolated in a separate database, and we keep regular backups.
